Hi!  My name is Jody Schwartz and I am so excited to be your child's Art teacher at Starkey!   My teaching career began at Leander ISD, where I taught for 22 years. However, my desire was to get back to my hometown of Kerrville and I was extremely blessed when I became the art teacher here at Starkey 5 years ago! Art is my passion and it is my goal as your child's art teacher to help them appreciate, love and enjoy art! I will educate your child on various art styles, art mediums, art history and art appreciation.  I love watching each child explore their creativity and I am here to help them learn, explore and have FUN!
