Hello Nimitz Families! My teaching career began in my hometown of Victoria, TX in 2002 when I graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria with a BS in Intersdisciplinary Studies. I taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade for 14 years while living in Victoria.  Then my family decided to move to Kerrville where I was hired to teach at Nimitz in 2016. I love being a Nimitz Dolphin in 4th grade!

I am married to my husband, Justin, who is also a KISD employee.  We have two sons, Jonathan and Nathan, and our fur child, Houdini.  In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, outdoor activities, and enjoying nature.  I also love to watch Aggie football.  I look foward to working with you and your child throughout this upcoming year.
